1.3 A client means a person who orders a service from the operator or purchases goods from the operator. A consumer means a client who acts outside the scope of their business activity.
1.4 These terms form an integral part of the contract concluded between the operator and the client. Differing written arrangements take precedence over the wording of these terms.
1.5 The Salon Rules, the Complaints Procedure, and the Privacy Policy, available on the premises and on the website, also form an integral part of the contractual relationship.
1.6 Matters not governed by these terms are subject to Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and, where the client is a consumer, also to Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on consumer protection.
2. Ordering a Service and Conclusion of the Contract
2.1 A service may be ordered by telephone, by e-mail, via WhatsApp, through the form on the website, or in person on the premises.
2.2 By submitting an order, the client proposes the conclusion of a contract. The contract is concluded at the moment the operator confirms the booking. Until confirmation, the booking is not binding on either party.
2.3 Selected services may also be used without a prior booking, on a walk-in basis. In such a case, the contract is concluded when the provision of the service begins.
2.4 The subject matter of the contract is the provision of the service to the extent agreed when ordering and specified during the consultation held before the procedure begins.
2.5 For services that are more demanding in terms of time and cost, the operator is entitled to make confirmation of the booking conditional upon payment of a deposit of CZK 1,000 towards the anticipated price. The deposit paid is credited against the final price of the service.
3. Price of the Service
3.1 Prices for services are governed by the price list published on the website and available on the premises. The operator is not a VAT payer.
3.2 The prices stated in the price list are indicative. The final price depends on the actual scope of the procedure, the length and thickness of the hair, the complexity of the work, and the amount of material used.
3.3 The client is informed of the final price during the consultation held before the procedure begins. At this stage, the client is entitled to decline the order or to adjust its scope without any fee.
3.4 Should it become apparent during the procedure that the scope of the service needs to be extended, the operator will notify the client and will continue with the extended scope only with the client’s consent, including consent to the effect on the price.
3.5 The prices of promotional offers and discounted packages apply for the period for which they are announced. Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined with one another unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 The price of the service is payable once it has been completed, in cash or by payment card on the premises.
4.2 The operator will issue the client with a proof of payment on request.
4.3 Where a deposit has been paid, it is credited against the final price of the service. Where the deposit exceeds the final price, the operator will refund the difference to the client.
5. Change and Cancellation of a Booking
5.1 The client is entitled to cancel or reschedule a booking no later than 24 hours before the agreed appointment, by telephone, via WhatsApp, or by e-mail. In such a case, no cancellation fee is charged and any deposit paid is refunded in full.
5.2 If the client cancels a booking later than 24 hours before the agreed appointment, or fails to attend without notice, the operator is entitled to charge a cancellation fee of CZK 1,000. Where a deposit has been paid, it is credited against the cancellation fee.
5.3 The cancellation fee under point 5.2 represents compensation for the stylist’s reserved and unused time. The operator is entitled to waive it, in particular where serious reasons on the client’s side prevented them from attending.
5.4 In the event of repeated failure to attend without notice, the operator is entitled to make any further booking conditional upon payment of a deposit.
5.5 The operator is entitled, in exceptional cases, to cancel or reschedule a booking, in particular due to the stylist’s illness, a technical fault, or another operational obstacle. The operator will inform the client without undue delay and will offer an alternative appointment. Any deposit paid is refunded in full in such a case, unless the parties agree otherwise.
6. Late Arrival of the Client
6.1 If the client arrives up to 15 minutes late, the operator will attempt to perform the service in full. Depending on how busy the premises are, the scope may be reduced.
6.2 If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the operator is entitled to reduce the scope of the service or to reschedule the appointment. The procedures actually performed are charged.
6.3 If the client does not arrive within 30 minutes of the agreed time and does not give notice of their absence, this is treated as a failure to attend under point 5.2.
7. Gift Vouchers
7.1 The operator may issue gift vouchers for a specific service or for a monetary value.
7.2 A voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise on the voucher. Once the validity period has expired, the voucher can no longer be redeemed.
7.3 The voucher must be presented when booking the appointment. Later presentation need not be taken into account.
7.4 A voucher cannot be exchanged for money. Where the value of the voucher exceeds the price of the service used, the unused portion is not paid out in money.
7.5 The operator is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of a voucher and does not issue replacement vouchers.
8. Sale of Cosmetic Products
8.1 The operator sells professional cosmetic products on the premises. The purchase contract is concluded in person on the premises.
8.2 Title to the goods passes to the client upon full payment of the purchase price.
8.3 Where the client is a consumer, they may report a defect in the goods within twenty-four months of taking delivery.
8.4 As the purchase contract is concluded on the premises, the client does not acquire the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within fourteen days. This is without prejudice to rights arising from defective performance.
9. Withdrawal from a Contract Concluded by Distance Means
9.1 Where a booking for a service is arranged by telephone, by e-mail, or through the website, this constitutes a contract concluded by distance means.
9.2 The salon’s services are provided at a predetermined time. Under Section 1837(j) of the Civil Code, the consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving a reason does not apply to such contracts.
9.3 The cancellation or rescheduling of a booking is governed by Article 5 of these terms.
10. Liability of the Parties
10.1 The operator is responsible for performing the service professionally, in accordance with the agreed scope and the rules of the trade.
10.2 Before the procedure, the client is obliged to provide truthful and complete information about any circumstances that may affect the safety or the outcome of the procedure, in particular allergies, scalp conditions, pregnancy, medication taken, and previous procedures performed on the hair. The scope of this obligation is set out in the Salon Rules.
10.3 The operator is not liable for any harm or for any deviation in the result arising from a breach of the obligation under point 10.2.
10.4 The operator is not liable for any change in the result caused by subsequent home care, by the use of unsuitable products, or by the intervention of another person.
10.5 The client is liable for any damage they cause to the equipment or property of the premises.
10.6 The operator’s liability for items left by the client is governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code.
10.7 The provisions of this Article are without prejudice to liability for harm to health or to liability for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
11. Rights Arising from Defective Performance
11.1 The client is entitled to report a defect in the service provided. We recommend doing so without undue delay after the client has discovered the defect or should have discovered it.
11.2 The manner in which a complaint is to be filed, the applicable time limits, and the ways in which it may be settled are set out in the Salon’s Complaints Procedure.
11.3 Where the client is a consumer, the operator will decide on the complaint without undue delay and will settle it no later than thirty days from the day on which it was filed, unless the parties agree on a longer period.
12. Protection of Personal Data
The processing of clients’ personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is available on the operator’s website.
13. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution and Supervisory Authorities
13.1 Where the client is a consumer and a dispute cannot be resolved directly with the operator, the client has the right to turn to the body for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes:
Body: Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce)
Address: Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic

Supervision of compliance with hygiene regulations is exercised by the Regional Public Health Authority of the Zlín Region (Krajská hygienická stanice Zlínského kraje).
14. Final Provisions
14.1 The operator is entitled to amend and supplement the wording of these terms. For a contract already concluded, the wording in effect at the time of its conclusion applies.
14.2 The current wording of these terms is always available on the premises and on the operator’s website.
14.3 If any provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
